Mensante Corporation is looking for an account representative, and presenter possessing software and management skills for selling FeelingBetterNow® (FBN), a mental health management software that is used by large employers, insurers, and universities across Canada. The software’s purpose is to guide individuals experiencing mental health issues and serve as a decision support tool for mental health professionals.

Job Description
1. Presentations
  • Present product demonstrations in person or by webinar
  • Research and create PowerPoints for presentations
  • Research company portfolios for presentation content development
  • Coordinate activities and business strategy with the sales arm of Mensante Corporation
2. Account Management
  • Coordinate and support clients to implement program and develop user engagement
  • Assistance in program launch, implementation, and report analysis
  • Support customer marketing efforts by helping to develop marketing materials, newsletter content, and email templates 
  • Speak directly with client end-users about FBN at employer wellness events
3.Create reports                    
  • Access CMS to draw reporting analytics for clients and for internal analysis
  • Extract raw data from system and create customer reports
  • Develop analytics and utilization report using a combination of software including Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Kentico CMS
4. Coordinate with software developers
  • Coordinate with software developers to ensure timely resolution of software-related issues
  • Clearly communicate and negotiate with developers on project timelines, program issues, and program development
  • Provide technical support to end-users
5. Manage the FeelingBetterNow® application:
  • Set up new clients with access to FBN, including customization of their organizational portals, using a front-end CMS interface
  • Follow quality assurance protocols to test application functionality and effectively document bugs and other malfunctions
  • Navigate CMS to update client portfolios and for content management
6. Manage web and social media presence
7. Support Company strategic developments
  • Partake in company development strategies
  • Take initiative and explore new opportunities to enhance company profile (e.g. conference attendance, RFP opportunities)
  • Provide support to CEO/COO initiatives (e.g. grants, research study, company partnerships)
Job Requirements
  • BA/BS minimum
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an account representative or similar experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Project Management
  • Strong communication skills for client-facing, vendor-facing, and internal interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to handle stress as you are often multitasking and working to deadlines
  • A lifestyle that allows you to work evenings and weekends when required 
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to with work with large data sets
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple computers; particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Some travel for work
Job Assets:
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, or other programming languages
  • Functioning command of Canadian French
