FeelingBetterNow® users benefit from a unique evidence based, on-line application that seamlessly guides the user from assessment of the most common mental health problems to an immediate action plan for self care and/or collaborative care with their mental health professional.

Developed by a team of mental health professionals, this award-winning program, is an interactive mental health care program designed to assist in the prevention, early diagnosis and management of common emotional and mental health issues.

Reviewed and approved by The College of Family Physicians of Canada as a practice management tool available to assist family physicians in patient care, FeelingBetterNow® is now available to support the over 4,000 employees at Kingston General Hospital.
